Oceancrest is the southern most subdivision in the town of Duck, stretching from the ocean to the sound on the town line with Southern Shores. The community consists of 54 building lots, most of which are already built on and are spread out along Charles Jenkins Lane and 4 adjoining small cu-de sacs. There is an active home owners association which takes care of the private roads, community pool, tennis court and the oceanfront beach access. You can find the community of Oceancrest just before you get to Bias Shores traveling north on Rte 12.
